Presentation at IICD, The Hague 13 March 2012

The VOICES-W4RA project was presented by Christophe Guéret and Anna Bon at IICD in The Hague during a seminar on 13 March 2012 before an audience of twelve project managers of "ICT for development" projects. IICD is involved in ICT for development projects in several countries in Sub-Sahara Africa and Latin America.
